NBA Playoff Betting Picks and Predictions 4.0

Aaaaand we’re back for another interesting night of NBA basketball. I have gone 3-1 on each of the last two blogs so 6-2 in the last week, with the overall record being 8-6-1.

Brooklyn and the Big 3 are showing who really won that Paul Pierce trade back in the day and are looking to close out the Celtics, with Kemba doubtful to play. Nuggets/Blazers and Lakers/Suns are both playing to break the 2-2 tie in each series.

Tuesday

Nets vs Celtics

Nets (-12.5) will come down to a gametime decision for me personally. Yesterday, it was reported that Kemba Walker is doubtful for this Game 5. I’m very iffy on this game. It’s win or go home for the depleted Celtics team, but we have seen Tatum go for a 50 ball. If Kemba plays, I’d lean heavily towards Celtics +12.5. If he doesn’t I wont be touching this massive spread.

Nuggets vs Trail Blazers

Denver got smacked by 20 in BGame 5 in Portland. They’re (-2) at home tonight in a Game 5 that can turn the tides of this series depending on who wins this. I have no reason other than trusting the Joker at home to cover this spread.

The Pick: Nuggets -2

Suns vs Lakers

With Anthony Davis ruled out, I’m shocked the spread isnt larger than (-5). That being said, LeBron is crying at every call and is banged up. Without AD, I see the Lakers offense struggling on the road and the defense will have trouble guarding the three point attack of the Suns.

The Pick: Suns -5

Wednesday

The games Wednesday will rely on the injury reports for some of the league’s stars.

Mavs vs Clippers

Each team has won two in a row, while covering two in a row. Luka’s neck seemed to really bother him in game 4, and if it continues to bother him, the Clippers will cover with ease. Even if he is remotely close to 100%, I dont trust Porzingis to put up back-to-back decent games.

The Pick: Clippers -7

76ers vs Wizards

If Embiid doesnt play, I’m taking Wizards +7, otherwise I wont be touching this game.

The Conditional Pick: Wizards +7 if Embiid does not play
