Christmas Day NBA Picks and Predictions
Here’s an early Christmas present from the Locksmith for ya. Christmas is a basketball holiday with the NFL scheduling games in the evening. I have my NBA plays for the star studded NBA slate below.

Bucks -5 vs Celtics (over/under: 220)
Giannis is out of Covid protocols but will be a game time decision on whether he wants to play. Since he’s a new father there’s a chance he’ll want to stay home with his family, but he’s a hopper so I think he’ll play. The Bucks are the favorite without him so definitely lock in before the lines shift. If he plays, the Bucks have the best winning percentage of their big 3 is in the lineup this season. Bucks -5
Suns -6 vs Warriors (over/under: 217.5)
This battle of the two best teams in the league will steal the show. This is the only game on the day with all big stars reported to be in the lineup as of the writing of this blog. The Warriors are putting up insane defensive numbers and the Suns will have Ayton back to anchor their defense. Ayton and Devin Booker coming outta protocols will leave them a bit rusty. The Warriors are 21-7 when taking the under this season and the Suns are 16-11 under (8-6 under at home). Under 217.5
Nets -1 vs Lakers (over/under: 226)
The lines have shifted to the Nets being favored on the road based on Javon Carter, Millsap and James Harden being available for Brooklyn. Harden hasn’t been too great this season as his shot hasn’t fallen. Most players don’t perform well after exiting protocols and he shouldn’t be expected to play well. The Lakers have their big 3 in the lineup and AD should feast on the Nets weak front line. Lakers ML -104 is the play.
The Parlay:
Bucks -5
Suns/Warriors Under 217.5
Lakers ML -104
